Requires presidential candidates in Arizona to submit copies of their federal and state income tax returns for the preceding five years to the Secretary of State by September 15 before the general election.

Makes presidential candidates ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if they fail to provide the required income tax return copies.

Makes all candidates for presidential elector from a party ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if that party's presidential candidate fails to submit income tax returns.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 16-242 and 16-344 to implement these tax return disclosure requirements.
