Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-469 regarding the conditions and procedure for suspending and dissolving common school districts.

County school superintendent may suspend a common school district if student enrollment falls below 8 pupils aged 6-21 for one school year, and must report the suspension to the district and board of supervisors.

County school superintendent may provide additional time for the district to recruit more pupils before final action is taken.

Board of supervisors may declare the district lapsed if enrollment remains below 8 pupils after the additional recruitment period, and may attach the territory to adjoining school districts.

Proceeds from sale of lapsed district property are applied to the district's credit, unbonded indebtedness is paid from county funds, and any remaining balance transfers to the county school fund.
