Amends Title 44, Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Chapter 37 regarding satellite television contracts.

Requires satellite television service providers to notify customers in writing at least 30 days before a contract expires if the contract includes automatic renewal.

The notification must clearly state the contract expiration date and inform customers that the contract will automatically renew unless they notify the provider before expiration not to renew.
