Authorizes the Department of Administration to place a monument in the governmental mall dedicated to veterans of all wars who died by suicide from post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury.

Monument serves to commemorate veterans and raise public awareness about the veteran suicide epidemic, PTSD, and traumatic brain injuries affecting combat veterans.

All fund-raising, artistic design, and construction costs are the sole responsibility of private proponents; no public monies authorized and the state cannot facilitate fund-raising or establish state funds for the project.

Monument establishment procedures must follow section 41-1363, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Section repeals on September 30, 2021.
