Amends section 36-2907 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add dental services as a covered health and medical service for women who are at least 21 years of age and in any stage of pregnancy, limited to $1,000 annually per member.

Appropriates $268,100 from the state general fund and $619,900 from federal Medicaid authority in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) administration to fund the dental services for pregnant women.

The dental services for pregnant women are added alongside existing emergency dental care and extraction coverage for adults aged 21 and older, which is also limited to $1,000 annually.
