Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-2053 to require the governor's office on tribal relations to annually facilitate an Indian nations and tribes legislative day on Wednesday of the first week of each regular legislative session.

Requires the office to coordinate with the president of the senate, speaker of the house, and native American legislators to plan the legislative day.

Establishes that the senate hosts the legislative day in odd-numbered years and the house of representatives hosts in even-numbered years, with the hosting chamber holding a joint legislative session.

Directs the office to invite legislators and elected officials to pay tribute to American Indian history, culture, and contributions to the United States, and to schedule discussions between state and tribal leaders on issues of common interest or jurisdiction.

Specifies that Indian nations and tribes legislative day is not a legal holiday.
