Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-1211 to allow holders of annuities to restore withdrawals made before the annuity commencement date.

Permits restoration of withdrawn funds in whole or in part at the annuity holder's discretion.

Allows restoration to occur at any time before the annuity commencement date is reached.

Applies regardless of other existing laws that may restrict such restoration.
