Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-3319 to allow the Department of Motor Vehicles to reduce ignition interlock device requirements based on incarceration time for DUI violations.

Permits reduction of the required interlock installation period by the length of time a person is incarcerated in jail or prison for violations of section 28-1381 or 28-1383 that did not involve intoxicating liquor.

Applies to persons convicted of driving under the influence who are otherwise required to maintain a functioning certified ignition interlock device on motor vehicles they operate.

Renumbers existing subsection I to subsection J and adds new subsection I to address the incarceration credit provision.
