Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-804 to establish procedures for handling delinquent victim restitution payments ordered by courts.

Requires adult probation departments to notify the court when a probationer falls four or more months behind on court-ordered monthly victim restitution payments, including the reason for arrearage and a recommendation for further action.

Allows prosecutors or victims to file written objections to probation department recommendations within ten days of receiving notification.

Requires courts to hold a review hearing within 45 days if requested by the state or victim, during which the court may take any action permitted by law.

Preserves existing authority to file petitions to revoke or modify probation or orders to show cause for failure to pay restitution.
