Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-822 regarding change of venue in actions against public entities or employees.

Clarifies that service of summons in actions against any public entity or public employee involving acts allegedly occurring within the scope of employment shall be made pursuant to the Arizona rules of civil procedure.

Allows the Arizona Attorney General to demand a change of venue to Maricopa County by written request made at or before the time of answering, served upon the opposing party, and filed with the court.

Applies to actions against the state when the Attorney General makes a written demand for change of venue to Maricopa County.
