Urges the Arizona State Board on Geographic and Historic Names and the United States Board on Geographic Names to name the highest peak in Estrella Mountain Regional Park as Keating Peak.

Honors United States Navy SEAL Charles Humphrey Keating IV, who died on May 3, 2016, during combat operations in Iraq against ISIS.

Notes that Keating IV was raised in Maricopa County, graduated from Arcadia High School in 2004, and was a track champion with all-city and first-team all-state honors.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the chairmen of both geographic naming boards and to each member of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.
