Urges the Arizona Department of Transportation to designate the portion of US Route 89 between the Utah state line and Flagstaff as the "Native American Veterans Highway"

Honors Native American veterans who have served in the U.S. armed forces for over 200 years, including conflicts from Valley Forge to Afghanistan and Iraq

Recognizes that Native Americans have the highest record of military service of any group in the United States and have made ultimate sacrifices in defense of the country

Requests ADOT approve, place, and maintain appropriate signage identifying the highway

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the Director of ADOT and the President of the Navajo Nation
