Urges the Arizona Department of Transportation to designate the portion of U.S. Route 160 between the New Mexico state line and the junction of U.S. Route 89 as the "Native American Women Veterans Highway."

Recognizes Native Americans' military service spanning over 200 years, including participation in conflicts from Valley Forge to Afghanistan and Iraq.

Acknowledges that Native Americans have the highest record of military service of any group in the United States and have made ultimate sacrifices in defense of the nation.

Notes that 14 Native American women served in the Army Nurse Corps during World War I, 800 served from 1941-1945, and nearly 3,900 serve among 1.4 million active duty military personnel.

Directs the Arizona Department of Transportation to approve, place, and maintain appropriate signage identifying the highway and requires the Secretary of State to transmit copies to the Transportation Director and Navajo Nation President.
