Proposes a constitutional amendment requiring statewide initiative and referendum measures approved by voters to be resubmitted to voters for reauthorization every 10 years, beginning in 2018.

Voters must decide at each 10-year interval whether to reauthorize the measure for another 10-year period by voting "yes" to continue or "no" to repeal it.

If voters reject reauthorization, the measure is repealed and has no further legal effect.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election pursuant to Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
