Expresses legislative support for protecting Arizona's 22 national parks and 5 Bureau of Land Management national monuments, which generated $996 million in economic benefit and supported over 15,000 jobs in 2017.

Opposes the December 4, 2017 presidential reductions of Bears Ears National Monument (85% reduction) and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (50% reduction), characterized as the largest reversal of national monument protections in U.S. history.

Asserts that under the Antiquities Act of 1906, presidents have authority to designate national monuments but not to abolish them, based on 110 years of legislative history with 16 of 19 presidents using the Act.

Commits the Arizona Legislature to defending national parks and monuments in the state and protecting public lands from further reduction.
