AZ HB2016

Adds new section 15-548 to Arizona Revised Statutes prohibiting teachers employed by school districts or charter schools from harassing, intimidating, or harming any parent, pupil, or other public school employee.

Requires school districts or charter schools to impose disciplinary action against teachers who violate the harassment prohibition, which may include suspension or termination of employment.

Applies to all public school teachers in Arizona, including those employed by traditional school districts and charter schools.
