AZ HB2030

Exempts veterans with service-connected disabilities from fees for special license plates when combining veteran plates (purple heart, former prisoner of war, or pearl harbor survivor) with international symbol of access plates.

Applies fee exemption only when the veteran's disability results from military service in a combat or noncombat area.

Amends sections 28-2402, 28-2473, 28-2474, and 28-2475 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add the disability-based fee waiver provisions.

Maintains existing fee structures ($15-$25 for original plates, $5 for renewals) for veterans without qualifying service-connected disabilities.
