• Establishes that licensing authorities may limit the time or number of examination attempts after apprenticeship completion, but such limits cannot be more restrictive than those applied to other examination applicants.

• Does not require licensing authorities to establish apprenticeship programs and does not apply to barbering apprenticeships, which are regulated separately under Title 32.
