Amends section 15-1821.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding dual enrollment courses offered by community colleges at high schools.

Changes the reporting deadline for exceptions to class status requirements from October 1 to December 1 annually to the joint legislative budget committee.

Clarifies that homeschooled students may fully participate in dual enrollment programs and receive college credit under the same conditions as traditional high school students.

Requires community college advisory committees of full-time faculty to meet at least three times per academic year for course implementation review and at least two times per year for faculty evaluation and professional development.

Maintains existing requirements that dual enrollment courses be college-approved, transferable to Arizona universities or applicable to occupational programs, and taught to the same standards as community college courses.
