Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-741 regarding student assessments and statewide testing requirements.

Beginning in the 2019-2020 school year, the statewide assessment shall consist of at least three nationally recognized college entrance examinations selected by the state board of education.

Maintains existing requirements for the state board of education to adopt and implement uniform statewide assessments measuring pupil achievement in reading, writing, and mathematics across designated grade levels.

Preserves current provisions regarding test scoring objectivity, data collection approval, budget allocation, teacher and administrator surveys, and penalties on contractors for late score delivery.

Allows school districts and charter schools to request raw data files of assessment results and permits administration of the statewide assessment in written test form upon request.
