HB 2045 Summary

• Adds section 5-601.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes relating to tribal gaming facilities.

• Requires gaming facilities to provide a separate machine (distinct from the cashier window) for paying out winnings and returning any credited or deposited monies that were not wagered.

• Becomes effective only upon affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature, as required by Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
