AZ HB2051

Amends Arizona law to allow a domestic microbrewery and domestic farm winery to be located on the same parcel of land with separate buildings and shared common tasting areas.

Requires that microbrewery and farm winery licenses on the same property be held by different persons and each comply with all applicable licensing requirements.

Prohibits holders of combined microbrewery and farm winery licenses from holding any other liquor licenses under Arizona law.

Extends similar provisions to remote tasting room licenses for craft distillers and farm wineries, allowing them to share common indoor and outdoor patio areas while maintaining separate premises and licensees.

Makes all shared-premises licensees jointly liable for violations of Arizona liquor laws.
