Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-4509 regarding expert reports on defendant competency to stand trial.

Requires mental health experts to submit written competency examination reports to the court within 10 working days, including the examiner's name, examination details, findings, and competency opinion.

When a defendant is found incompetent, the report must include the nature of the mental disease or disability causing incompetency, prognosis, recommended treatment location and type, and whether involuntary treatment is necessary.

Changes requirements for cases where defendants are deemed competent due to psychotropic medication: allows the court discretion to appoint a physician to address treatment necessity and medication limitations, rather than requiring all examiners to address these issues.
