• Amends Laws 2018, chapter 276, sections 118 and 141 to remove the $450,000 appropriation for the board of behavioral health examiners' inclusion in the statewide e-licensing project.

• Transfers $450,000 from the statewide board e-licensing subaccount in the automation projects fund to the board of behavioral health examiners fund in fiscal year 2018-2019.

• Eliminates the requirement that the board of behavioral health examiners participate in the statewide e-licensing project under section 41-714, Arizona Revised Statutes.

• Declares the act an emergency measure operative immediately upon enactment.
