Creates a new definition of "adult behavioral health therapeutic home" as a residence for individuals age 18+ with behavioral health issues that provides room and board, assists with daily living skills, coordinates transportation, monitors behaviors, assists with medication self-administration, and provides feedback to case managers.

Renumbers existing definitions in Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-401 to accommodate the new definition as paragraph 3, with all subsequent definitions shifted by one number.

Exempts adult behavioral health therapeutic homes from complying with building codes and zoning standards for health care institutions as prescribed by the department of health services.

Applies the same provisions regarding property location relative to agricultural land to adult behavioral health therapeutic homes as apply to other health care institutions.
