Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 10-857 regarding corporate insurance for directors and officers.

Allows corporations to purchase and maintain insurance (including self-insured programs) covering directors, officers, and certain agents against liability asserted against them in their official capacity.

Removes the word "other" from the statute's language describing entities for which directors and officers may serve (including foreign or domestic corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, trusts, and employee benefit plans).

Clarifies that corporations may purchase such insurance regardless of whether they have the power to indemnify or advance expenses to the individual under applicable law.
