Automatic restoration of voting rights for persons convicted of two or more felonies upon completion of probation (Section 13-905).

Automatic restoration of voting rights for persons convicted of two or more felonies upon absolute discharge from imprisonment (Section 13-906).

Maintains existing restrictions on firearm possession rights: persons convicted of dangerous offenses cannot apply for restoration, serious offenders must wait 10 years, and other felony offenders must wait 2 years.

Amends Section 13-908 to reference automatic voting rights restoration provisions in Sections 13-905, 13-906, and 13-912.

Replaces gender-specific pronouns with gender-neutral language throughout the statute sections.
