Prohibits cities and towns from banning residents from parking certain work vehicles on streets or driveways when the vehicle must be available at their residence due to employment requirements.

Applies to vehicles owned by public service corporations, emergency telephone service providers, federally regulated utilities, or municipal utilities with a gross vehicle weight rating of 20,000 pounds or less that display official emblems.

Applies to vehicles owned by public safety agencies (police, fire, tribal, or private fire services) and ambulance service providers with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less that display official emblems.

Allows cities and towns to enforce public health, safety, and welfare requirements uniformly and without discrimination.

Establishes that this law addresses a statewide concern to ensure consistent treatment of specified vehicles in municipalities as in unincorporated county areas.
