Prohibits cities and towns from banning real estate signs advertising property sales, rentals, leases, open houses, directions, owner/agent names, contact information, and broker legal names.

Allows cities and towns to impose reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on real estate signs, but cannot limit sign size below industry standard (18" x 24" for signs, 6" x 24" for sign riders).

Prohibits cities and towns from restricting sign location within authorized areas if visible to public and does not harm public health, safety, or welfare, or limiting display duration to less than seven calendar days after closing or lease execution.

Allows reasonable restrictions on open house and directional signs but prohibits restrictions on sign type or limiting the number of signs displayed at one time within an authorized area.

Applies identical restrictions to counties as cities and towns regarding real estate sign regulation.
