Prohibits courts from awarding any community property to a spouse convicted of a crime sentenced to at least 80 years or life in prison.

Allows a spouse making ongoing installment payments under a property division order to petition the court for modification if the other spouse is convicted after the order is issued.

Defines "convicted spouse" as a person sentenced to at least 80 years in prison or life imprisonment, with or without possibility of parole.
