• Requires all employers to provide new employee training including workplace counseling, sexual harassment training, professional organization information, and job skills training.

• Restricts employer termination rights by limiting grounds for termination to: at least four violations of job-related policies, any act of sexual harassment, or any felony offense.

• Prohibits employers from requiring employees to reenact injuries that occurred in the workplace and resulted in loss of life or injury.

• Allows labor organizations to make presentations to new employees for up to one hour unless the employer and union agree to a longer time period.

• Adds protected classes of "gender, gender identity or expression, and sexual orientation" to Arizona's civil rights and discrimination statutes for employment purposes.
