Eliminates the option to sentence juveniles (those under 18 at time of offense) to natural life imprisonment for first degree murder; instead, sentences are limited to life imprisonment with mandatory minimum service periods of 25 years if victim was 15+, or 35 years if victim was under 15.

Requires that adults (18+) convicted of first degree murder pursuant to certain provisions must be sentenced to natural life if the death penalty is not imposed, making natural life the mandatory sentence rather than an option.

Modifies violent sexual assault sentencing to require natural life imprisonment only for perpetrators who were at least 18 years old at the time of the offense; removes option of natural life sentencing for juveniles convicted of this crime.

Updates terrorism offense sentencing to specify that only offenders who were at least 18 years old at time of commission may receive natural life sentences; younger offenders receive standard life imprisonment terms.
