Amends the college credit by examination incentive program to require the department of education to distribute bonus payments to schools by March 1 of each year.

Requires school districts and charter schools to distribute at least 50 percent of bonus monies to classroom teachers and other relevant subject teachers who instructed students who passed qualifying examinations, with payments made by end of school year or within 30 days thereafter.

Establishes the college credit by examination development fund from unexpended appropriated monies, to be distributed to schools where 50 percent or more of students are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches to develop and operate classes offering qualifying examinations.

Clarifies that remainder bonus monies may be used for teacher professional development, student instructional support, examination fee reimbursement, or instructional materials as allocated by school principal.

Maintains program sunset date of July 1, 2026 as established under section 41-3102.
