Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-434.01 to correct references to soil remediation authority from "section 49-104, subsection B, paragraph 16" to "title 49, chapter 1, article 4."

Requires property owners with actual knowledge of soil remediation to provide written notice to purchasers prior to transferring ownership.

Exempts notice requirement when soil remediation meets residential use standards established under title 49, chapter 1, article 4.

Defines "residential use" as dwellings where residents have frequent contact with soil, and similar facilities like child care centers and elementary schools.

Allows purchasers to bring civil actions against sellers who fail to provide required written notice of soil remediation.
