Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-703 to allow courts to strike prior felony convictions in the interest of justice.

Grants courts discretion to strike one or more historical prior felony conviction allegations if the sentence authorized by current law is unjust based on factors including the nature of the offense, defendant's history, and sentencing purposes.

Permits defendant's motion to request that prior felony convictions be struck from consideration in sentencing determinations.

Applies discretion based on sentencing goals including reflecting offense seriousness, providing deterrence, protecting public safety, providing rehabilitation opportunities, and avoiding unwarranted sentencing disparities.
