Amends section 15-183 to add subsection JJ establishing the six-year auditor rotation requirement for all charter schools conducting audits.

Amends section 15-914 subsections B and C to require charter schools under the single audit act and those conducting financial statement audits to change auditors at least once every six years.

Applies the auditor rotation requirement uniformly across all charter school types regardless of their audit obligations or budget size.
