Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-405 regarding change of venue by consent.

Allows the superior court in any county to transfer an action for trial to another county's superior court upon written consent of the parties or their attorneys.

Changes the statute's grammatical structure from "A superior court may, upon..." to "The superior court in any county... may..." for clarity.

Changes "of" to "in" when referring to transferring the action to another county's superior court.

Requires the transfer order to be entered on the minutes of the court.
