Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 27-514 regarding the oil and gas conservation commission.

Modifies the appointment and term structure for commission members by removing outdated references to specific appointment dates (December 31, 1960) and establishing that all appointments shall be for a full term of five years expiring on the third Monday in January.

Maintains commission composition of the state land commissioner serving ex officio without voting authority and five governor-appointed members, with no more than three from the same political party.

Preserves compensation provisions for appointive members based on section 38-611 for days spent performing official duties.
