Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 14-6303 regarding registration of securities in beneficiary form.

Removes reference to "the law" and clarifies that beneficiary form registration is authorized by this article or a similar statute of the state where the issuer or registering entity is organized or located.

Confirms that registrations governed by the law of jurisdictions without similar beneficiary form statutes are presumed valid and authorized as a matter of contract law.
