Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101 to add trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and accessories designed to accelerate the rate of fire of semiautomatic rifles to the definition of "prohibited weapons."

Defines the prohibited devices as parts, combinations of parts, components, devices, attachments or accessories that accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle without converting it into a machine gun.

Uses federal definitions for "machine gun" (26 U.S.C. § 5845(b)) and "semiautomatic rifle" (18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(28)) to establish the legal standard.

Exempts any firearms or devices possessed, manufactured or transferred in compliance with federal law from the prohibition.
