Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 25-1067 regarding costs and expenses in child custody enforcement proceedings.

Allows courts to assess direct expenses and costs incurred by the attorney general and law enforcement officers against the respondent if the respondent is not the prevailing party.

Makes a technical correction by changing "section" to "sections" to properly reference both Section 25-1065 and Section 25-1066.
