Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 28-3303 and 28-3306 to make traffic survival school mandatory rather than discretionary for certain traffic violations.

Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to mandate traffic survival school completion for residents convicted of offenses in other jurisdictions that would be grounds for suspension or revocation in Arizona.

Changes language from discretionary "may" to mandatory "shall" require licensees to attend and successfully complete approved traffic survival school educational sessions designed to improve driver safety and habits.

Allows the department to suspend or revoke a driver license if the licensee fails to comply with an order to complete traffic survival school, with noncompliance triggering potential license suspension or revocation.

Applies to convictions involving traffic regulation violations, reckless driving, medical incapacity to drive, and other offenses listed in section 28-3306(A).
