Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-101 to revise definitions related to Game and Fish regulations.

Clarifies and standardizes definitions of various wildlife categories (aquatic wildlife, big game, game fish, nongame animals, upland game birds, etc.) by changing "are" to "means" for grammatical consistency.

Updates the definition of "guide" to clarify the criteria for determining who qualifies as a guide based on advertising, employment, compensation, and other factors.

Makes technical corrections to definitions related to angling, bag limits, possession limits, and other game and fish regulatory terms.
