Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-4232 regarding annual budgets for stadium districts.

Changes the language in subsection A from "which shall include" to "that includes" for grammatical correction.

Adds "of each year" after "June 30" to clarify the deadline timing for the board of directors' public hearing and budget submission.

Adds "of directors" after "The board" in subsection B to provide consistency in terminology.

Maintains all existing budget requirements for stadium districts including receipts, expenditures, revenue estimates, asset/liability statements, and financial projections.
