Amends Arizona law to replace the term "sex" with "gender" on driver license and nonoperating identification license applications.

Allows applicants to identify their gender as nonbinary by submitting a signed affidavit to the Arizona Department of Transportation stating they identify as gender nonbinary.

Requires driver licenses to include the licensee's selected gender designation of female, male, or nonbinary in the brief description section of the license.

Applies gender designation provisions to both standard driver licenses and nonoperating identification licenses issued to individuals who do not hold a valid driving privilege.
