Appropriates $200,512,200 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the state treasurer for a onetime distribution to counties for highway and street purposes.

Monies may only be spent for purposes prescribed in article IX, section 14 of the Arizona Constitution.

Counties are prohibited from spending distributed monies to enforce traffic laws or administer traffic safety programs.

State treasurer shall allocate the total amount across all 15 Arizona counties, with Maricopa County receiving the largest allocation of $81,970,500 and Greenlee County receiving the smallest allocation of $750,100.
