Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-249.12 to revise the computer science professional development program fund, which provides grants to public schools for training prospective computer science teachers.

Prioritizes grant awards to eligible public schools where at least 60 percent of students are eligible for free and reduced-priced lunches or schools designated as rural schools.

Allows the department of education to distribute up to 50 percent of annual state general fund appropriations without private matching funds; exceeding 50 percent requires matching gifts, grants, donations, or in-kind services from private sources.

Permits the department to use up to 2 percent of annual fund deposits for administrative purposes.

Requires grant recipients to submit annual outcome reports by June 30, and the department must report to legislative leadership and the governor by November 15 each year on awards, outcomes, and fund usage.
