Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-126 regarding violations and classifications in military affairs matters.

Removes the phrase "the provisions of" from subsection A, which addresses persons who knowingly fail, refuse, or give false information to county recorders or enrolling officers.

Maintains existing penalties: Class 2 misdemeanor for persons violating information requirements, and petty offense for county recorders or enrolling officers who fail to perform duties or falsify records.

Constitutes a technical correction to statutory language without substantive changes to legal requirements or penalties.
