Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-268 to expand county board of supervisors authority regarding removal of junk vehicles from unincorporated county areas.

Adds new definition of "junk vehicle" by reference to section 28-4881 and establishes procedure for removing and disposing of junk vehicles during dilapidated building abatement.

Allows counties to relocate non-junk vehicles to secure storage during abatement of dilapidated buildings and return them upon completion, with all associated costs included in property assessment.

Clarifies that returning a vehicle to property after abatement does not waive or relieve any violations related to the vehicle being on the property.

Adds "public nuisance" definition by reference to section 36-601 and updates language throughout statute regarding junk vehicle removal procedures and assessment collection.
