Expands campaign advertising disclosure requirements to apply to corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations that make expenditures for political advertisements, not just political action committees.

Requires political advertisements to disclose the names of the four largest funding sources (increased from three) contributing to the entity making the expenditure.

Mandates that if an out-of-state contributor is a major funding source, the disclosure statement must identify them as an out-of-state contributor.

Requires corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations making independent expenditures to file campaign finance reports with the filing officer if they accept donations or contributions.

Maintains existing disclosure format requirements for radio, television, print, signs, and electronic advertisements, including specific sizing and timing standards.
